ABOUT
The goal of this web site is to assist American communities and individual homeowners to navigate their way through the foreclosure crisis.
There are many great web sites from hard working people that have helped distressed homeowners, citizens and residents that make up American communities, when they had no where else to turn. Our nation and all parties impacted by the foreclosure crisis will benefit from an information and solutions approach that will compliment these efforts. It is hoped that distressed homeowners and their neighbors can get the attention of the officials who represent them and the attention of the legal and non-profit sectors that are supposed to make sure their rights are preserved using the approaches described here and the data and information provided. In this way the justice and economic systems will be made accountable to the American people.
The American economy is at a critical juncture with the foreclosure crisis as we go into a weak housing recovery with millions of foreclosures still on the horizon. The job "crisis" (Wall St hoarding and "deficit spending"/free market politics) and Wall St corruption that are at the root of the foreclosure crisis require solutions that take into account all stakeholders and brings to the forefront the impact on American communities as well as Wall St/global economic goals. Global economic goals in turn should not only protect investors but benefit the global community so there isn't unfair competition and a race to the bottom, where global citizens live in poverty and America's middle class shrinks.
Making American families and communities whole will insure a strong middle class here and abroad.
Families that are the backbone of the economy are in danger of falling through the cracks while most of the attention goes to the stock market. Investors and banks too big to fail have been given the reigns to put the economy and the housing market back on track, failing miserably the past four years.
Hopefully you can take the time and work through this information. There is basic injustice being committed against the American people beyond the culture, anti-government, and red/blue wars that keep us divided. The same people that allowed trillions of dollars in our communities evaporate, continue robbing us blind and say we need to let foreclosures run their course so "undeserving" homeowners aren't rewarded. We need to arm ourselves with the information that lets them know we see through their manipulations and the biggest scam in history.
